PEPCO's incentive programs

Small Business Direct Install Program

Small businesses using less than 100 kW monthly can receive incentives to cover up to 80% of total project costs for the installation of energy efficient equipment including LED lighting. This program is in coordination with EmPOWER Maryland.

Medium and Large Business Program

Businesses using more than 100 kW/month are eligible to receive incentives covering up to 50% of the total project cost for energy savings upgrades. These incentives are provided through EmPOWER Maryland. We will do the complicated stuff through our audit and present you with the most cost efficient option.
