Prescriptive Energy Efficiency Incentives for Lighting

For existing facilities that are retrofitted with applicable LED lighting, incentives will cover a capped calculated project incentive or up to 50% of the total project cost with labor included (whichever is less). New construction projects are eligible for incentives covering up to 75% of the incremental project cost. All LED fixtures must be ENERGY STAR or DLC listed. Incentives are offered via EmPOWER Maryland.
