Small Business Direct Install Program

For businesses using less than 100 kW annually, the Small Business Direct Install Program will cover up to 80% of the costs via EmPOWER Maryland incentives. Incentives are provided as an immediate discount on the energy savings project.

Prescriptive Energy Efficiency Incentives for Lighting

For existing facilities that are retrofitted with applicable LED lighting, incentives will cover a capped calculated project incentive or up to 50% of the total project cost with labor included (whichever is less). New construction projects are eligible for incentives covering up to 75% of the incremental project cost. All LED fixtures must be ENERGY STAR or DLC listed. Incentives are offered via EmPOWER Maryland.
